March of the Dinos

I think we think of dinosaurs all wrong,
But i don’t know enough to believe me.
The job i want they’ll dangle long;
I’ll probably get it right before leaving.
What if i said, “stretched necks and legs
Are indicative that trees grew enormous.”
Or that in my head, i clearly read,
straight through each former’s performance.
With this proposition, you’d take position,
”Well, what evidence is there to back this?”
It’s just hard to listen, to hums and hisses,
And lose for dubious factors.
The T-Rex had feathers like a chicken;
I’ll lose in a race for the favorite.
”Suddenly the crowd jumps and yells out, “Get him!”
Either way, i know, I’ma make it.
